Volunteer Coordinator - Helps recruit, organize, and support volunteers before and during MICL events. This role works closely with league staff to ensure volunteer positions are filled and volunteers have a positive experience on race weekends.
Hospitality Coordinator - Helps coordinate staff meals and works with food vendors to ensure a smooth food service experience for staff, volunteers, and attendees throughout event weekends.
Fundraising Coordinator - Works closely with the League Director to support fundraising efforts that help grow and sustain the league. This role helps manage the annual Trek fundraiser, coordinates fundraising campaigns and events, and assists with donor outreach and community partnerships.
Event Day Social Media - Captures and shares the excitement of event weekends through photos, videos, stories, and live event updates across the league's social media channels. Works with league staff, photographers, and announcers to highlight student-athletes, volunteers, sponsors, and key moments throughout the event.

From event operations and volunteer management to coach support, GRiT, and community engagement, our staff plays a critical role in building a thriving mountain bike community across Maryland.
